Ingredients:
500 gm of fish (diced)
2 onions (diced)
1 capsicum (diced)
3 green chilies (fine chopped)
4 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of Tomato sauce
2 tablespoons of Chili sauce
2 tablespoons of Soya sauce
1 tablespoons of corn flour mixed in 50ml of water
400ml of water
4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Salt to taste
For Marinade-

tablespoons of Corn flour
1
teaspoon of Soya sauce
2
tablespoons of Chilly chicken masala
How to MAKE:
Mix the
fish, chilly chicken masala, soya sauce, and corn flour. Mix it thoroughly and
keep for 10-15 minutes. Deep fry the fish and keep aside. Heat 2 tablespoons of
oil in a pan and add the garlic and green chilly to it. Sauté it and then add
the chilly chicken masala to it. Sauté and then add all the 3 types of sauces
and when it comes to a boil, add the fried fish to it. After a while, add the
corn flour mixed with water to it. Sauté the onions and capsicum and add this
to the fish mix. After 5 minutes, add 400ml of water to it. When it boils,
remove from flame and garnish with spring onion. Serve Hot!
